Pennsylvania native Erin Kerns moved to Colorado in 2003, and lived in Boulder for 13 years until moving to Denver's Chaffee Park neighborhood. Erin holds multiple degrees, and has been in the restaurant business for 28 years. A true lifelong learner, Erin has earned a Bachelor of Science at Miami University, a graduate degree in elementary education at CSU San Marcos, a license in Nutrition at NTI, and a license in Real Estate at Colorado Real Estate School!

Erin's clients benefit from her many years in the hospitality industry and restaurant business, where she has mastered not only the art of customer service and the ability to manage difficult situations and negotiations, but also her true passion for helping make their financial and Real Estate dreams + goals become a reality.

Erin has always loved using her hands and dabbling in creative hobbies, so when she's not helping folks make smart moves + investments, you'll likely find her running her other business, making Macrame plant hangers and wall hangings. She also loves gardening, spending time with her husband Jarett, a bluegrass musician, + working on their 1986 RV with the company of their 2 dogs, Mack + Libby.
